Smoked Salmon (6-8 Servings)

Recipe:

  • Smoked salmon (6-8 servings)

  • Start with a thick filet of “freshly caught” salmon (approx. 2 lbs)

  • Wash and place in a half-chafing pan

  • Marinate with a generous portion of lemon juice

  • Lightly marinate with cajun seasonings

  • Drizzle with pure maple syrup

  • Place in your smoker at 225 degrees for one hour using Hickory Wood Chips

  • Remove from the smoker and lightly drizzle with Ms. Ellie’s Premium BBQ Sauce

  • Place back into the smoker for an additional 30 minutes
