Smoked Salmon (6-8 Servings)
Recipe:
Smoked salmon (6-8 servings)
Start with a thick filet of “freshly caught” salmon (approx. 2 lbs)
Wash and place in a half-chafing pan
Marinate with a generous portion of lemon juice
Lightly marinate with cajun seasonings
Drizzle with pure maple syrup
Place in your smoker at 225 degrees for one hour using Hickory Wood Chips
Remove from the smoker and lightly drizzle with Ms. Ellie’s Premium BBQ Sauce
Place back into the smoker for an additional 30 minutes
